Orders that are placed during the weekdays are sent out the following day

Orders that are placed during the weekends are sent out Mondays

Please note that once your order has been dispatched, we are not responsible for any lost packages or delivery issues

If your package experiences a delay, please use the tracking number provided and contact the courier service

Delivery times outside USA vary between 7-14 days and may take longer due to factors beyond our control

Please be aware that international orders may be subject to import fees or taxes levied by the destination country as well as customs clearance processes.
