Returns & Exchanges

Customers may return eligible items within 7 days of delivery at their own shipping expense.

To begin a return, please contact glamabayas@gmail.com with your order number for further instructions.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unworn and unwashed.

  • Have all original tags attached.

  • Be free of any stains, odors, makeup, or damage.

  • Be returned in their original condition.

Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be issued as store credit ONLY.

Please note:

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • Items that do not meet the return requirements may be sent back to the customer.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos so we can resolve the issue.
